LaShonda Hayes was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, AL. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Alabama A&M University. She has worked at WAAO as the case manager assistant and presently works as the Community Resource Specialist. LaShonda provides prevention education and housing services in Bibb, Pickens, Fayette, Sumter, Greene and Hale counties.
