Case Management


At West Alabama AIDS Outreach case management is a client-centered service that links clients and family members with supportive services. Case management is provided by trained social workers. These social worker helps individuals find and use needed services in the community.
Our case managers work one-on-one with people who are at-risk of contracting HIV, living with HIV, or with family members of those who are living with HIV. Our goal is to help those clients who are in need and to educate and empower the people we serve to help them remain self sufficient while they are living with HIV.

- Nutrition
